Perks and Benefits

1. Enrolment: Membership in the Protouch Academy Loyalty Program ("the Program") is by invitation only. By accepting the invitation and enrolling in the Program, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Membership Validity: Membership in the Program is valid until further notice. Protouch Academy reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time, with or without prior notice to members.

3. Accumulation and Redemption of Points: Participants will earn loyalty points for their purchases of services or products from Protouch Academy or products sold directly by Protouch. Points will be accumulated based on the total amount spent, excluding taxes, at the rate of 1% of the total amount spent. Points earned are valid for a period of 6 months from the date of accumulation.

4. Point Redemption: Participants can redeem their accumulated loyalty points for discounts on services and products offered by Protouch Academy. Redemption options may vary and are subject to availability. To initiate a redemption, a minimum of 200 points is required. Points cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another individual's account.

5. Discounts and Offers: Protouch Academy may offer special discounts and promotional offers from time to time exclusively for loyalty program participants. These discounts and offers will be communicated through email or other selected communication channels 6. Discontinuation of Program: In the event that the Program is discontinued, either temporarily or permanently, all accumulated loyalty points will be forfeited and no longer redeemable.

7. Exclusions: Points cannot be earned or redeemed on purchases of gift cards, memberships. or any other non-qualifying items specified by ProTouch Academy.

8. Program Changes: Protouch Academy reserves the right to modify or update the terms and conditions of the Program, including the point accumulation and redemption rules, discount rates, and eligibility criteria. Such changes will be communicated to participants through email or other selected communication channels.

9. Compliance: Participants must comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations while participating in the Program. Any fraudulent or abusive behavior may result in the immediate termination of membership and forfeiture of all accumulated loyalty points.

10. Data Protection: Protouch Academy will collect and process personal information of Program participants in accordance with applicable data protection laws. By enrolling in the Program, participants consent to the collection, storage, and use of their personal information for the purposes of administering the Program and communicating with participants about Program-related matters.

11. Severability: If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12. Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the participant and ProTouch Academy regarding the Program, superseding any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral,
